I think this is the lowest level that a news network can fall in order to get ratings. Shame on Fox.

Sick.. first you kill, then you get acquitted, then you want to tell the story of "how you would kill?".
I feel sorry for Nicole's family and the Goldman family.. this guy is a JERK

Not just that. OJS is also coming out with a book on the entire murder episode. I think this TV show is a curtain raiser for the book.

well guys relax. he is simply lettign us know what he would do different if he had to do it all over again. its part of the process you know to go back and see where you could have improved. what a judicial system they have. what kind of evidence would they want next? a murder being caught on film?? i guess event hat could be thrown out because it would violate some amendment or the other.
oj was guilty, you know it , i know it and he knows it. unfortunatey the idiot judge doesnt.

From Yahoo Answers!..

No, he/she can't. The only way that this can be altered is if there is an appeal by the defendant perhaps because new evidence has come to light in his favour or where there has been some sort of procedural error, in which case there will be another trial.

The judge can direct the jury but cannot reverse any decision that they may make. The whole idea of the jury system is that it is a trial by your peers, not by the judge.
