rape on the rocks:

chilly cut open, put in a quarter of vodka, refridgerated and then had neat.

not my favourite one though.

on any good day i would like a bacardi-coke with lotsa ice. or if someone is kind enough to gift me a good french red wine...hmmm.

No hard drink for me, just beer. Foster and Guiness are my favorites, Corona a close third.

Yup. That's true. Lived in Germany for a while and I am now hooked to darker beer. Bud and Miller tastes like water now. Milwaukee has some fine local breweries. So I get my supplies from there in boxes now. They are really good man.

-Jameson on the rocks.

-As far as is beer goes there are so many good ones- Sierra Nevada (from Chico, California!!) is a really good one. Becks from Germnay is pretty good. "Newkie Broon" is a nice one -subtle flavor and smooth. Giuness on tap - bottled never lived up to expectations. My friend who went to Prague told me that local beer is a $1.50 for a pint blows away everything else in comparison. I can't wait to get out there

-Cappuccino from Gloria Jeans - don't go to Starbucks as they know f-all about the difference between a Latte and a  Cappuccino. The espresso is usually better at Gloria Jeans.

Grand marnier for liquer.

Bushmills (with Umrao Jaan).. AXEcellent.

But beer is the king. Favorites: Warsteiner, Bitburger, Stella, Leffe, Chimay, Guiness draught, Harpoon IPA, Gordon Biersch Marzen, Hoegaarden, Samuel Smiths.
Looking forward to tasting VB and Beer Lao someday!

When u bring Mango juice or Cantaloupe shake into the equation every thing else takes a back seat.

Jiet, you'll like the Prague stuff only if u like Pilsners, thats most likely the local brew he's talking about.

Gee...I have not had a real good Pilsner in a while. Angelic Brewery in Madison, WI had a good Pilsner (don't remember the name). Tecate from Mexico is fantastic deal out here. My roommate favors Pilsner - he just bought  some cans of Grolsch the other day.

More into ales to be honest, but I imagine they do have some good darker lagers too out there.

never liked Pilsner.. tho Radsberger was ok. But prefer lager to that any day. Ales of course are good, esp IPAs. But dont like pale ales like SierraNevada.

Any hard liquor goes for me. No preference. But Big NO NO for Beer. It just sucks  :D

But my all time favorite is "Single Tea + Kalyani Black Label whisky"

This is a trademark cocktail in IITM. I'm sure senthil appreciates this. Mixed professionally by IITM students outside Taramani Gate  :D :D

For the sake of cash though, a single Tea was a valuable substitute.
