i usually resist everything but temptation...so don't lose hope YET!  am still in a vacation mood. may all change. after all, change is the only constant thing with the pracess. follow the pracess, rest will follow. arise, awake, stop not till the goal is reached. ask not what the pracess can do for you but what you can do for the pracess....let me not derail this noble thread of flute.
