hi sorry about that i took the question away because the list can be different if different criteria are used.
i thought nobody had noticed ;)

who is the indian in this list?

Klusener
Moin Khan
Styris
Gilchrist
Logie
Gatting
Aravinda de Silva
Wishart

this list is based on players with a minimum of 250 runs.

kapil dev. best strike rates at w'cup for respective countries. i guessed this based on some of the names(tho Moin Khan/Gatting was misleading) and cross-checked the data. first check was on fastest 50's , strike rates in ODI's and when those didn't seem to match, looked at the W'cup stats.

correct mock and welcome back.
the list changes somewhat if you take the cricinfo list of players with twenty matches. thats why i removed it from here but suraj spotted it before then.

right. he took 14 that day, one less than the all-time test record of 15 wickets in a day by Johnny Briggs of England against S.Africa. but it is an Ashes record still.

that was one of the things i didnt like. the questions initially were such that other than by searches you couldnt know the answers. after some time however is has become more answerable - if you know what i mean and now ppl are mostly googling to confirm their suspicions - i think.
nevetheless the quesyions are now much more interesting.
and googling is allowed and ppl are generally admitting the process, that word again to their answers.

Ok , cool. I asked because most of the questions I could think of could be  answered through a simple google query.

Ok, how abt googling be allowed only if question remains unanswered for 12 hrs ? Unless of course the person asking the query specifies otherwise as some things have to be googled.

Anyway here goes :

I have a century on debut. My father has the distinction of being the only person to have dismissed Bradman through hit wicket.Who am I ?

During a county match wicketkeeper chris scott dropped a sitter and said –“I suppose he is going to get a hundred now” this statement came back to haunt him later. Why?

Because Brian Charles Lara ended up with 501!

other than being from the same country, what else do Tony Grieg and Jonty Rhodes have in common? (not a cricketing achievement, in fact, not an achievement at all)
