While Sachin and Chappell are enjoying the musical programme, it looks like Sreesanth is enjoying eyeing Kaif, while Munaf, in the back, is feeling jealous.

Or, Munaf is doing something to SS and while SS cant speak out about it he is looking at Kaif in the hopes of signaling the issue to him with his eyes.

Probably the musical is in an Indian language and not quite upto the mark, hence all the Indian players are looking bored while GC who doesn't understand the lang is finding it amusing.  Or is the musical about SG's downfall? That can explain the smile.

What makes you think it's Bhogle? It could be Pathan or Veeru.  Bhogle won't get the same tee shirt as Kaifu. He's Besahara as far as Sahara is concerned.
