btw there are 40 transfers (they changed it from 20) in the group stage. basically 1 per game.

and remember to change your 'Captain' before every game - as that is the trump.

Thanks, Dhruv. I didn't even know what I was doing once I actually got started; had to have you advise before I was set straight. This has been good fun, but as with all fantasy sports games, it tends to take a little bit away from the pure enjoyment of the games, at least for me. The key to this has obviously been meticulously planning team changes based on the fixture schedule, correctly choosing captains, and, most importantly, always staying on top of things. I have found that last item hard to do, given my personal schedule; flying back to the States and missing the chance to change my captain to Benn the other day cost me something like 400 points. There have been plenty other such frustrating incidents. But as I said on the league message board, congratulations to Pankaj on seemingly locking up first place. Getting to the top 100 or 200 overall was quite an incredible achievement.

After the group stage - the teams are unlocked and you can make UNLIMITED changes before the first QF. You then have 10 changes I believe

Well, it will be awfully tough to make a comeback at this point, but I suppose you're right. A few unlikely choices of MoMs as captains should do it, actually.

This kid got a chance to bowl 10 overs and had to open. So far his performance had been against better teams where he failed. Teh law of avgs had to catch up sometime. There would be no better time than another minnow team.
Had to do something out of ordinary. Everybody seem to go for Doescaute. I would have gone for him, But knew Ire was going to win. Thus needed an Irish trump for St.Patrick's day !! Made top 100. Dilshan failed though.
