was popular in some part of the movie crazy AP..not sure if he is still popular. But, looking at the hero worship we see in India and AP, I guess he is still big shot actor, though getting old fast. Most of my friend's here treat him as a joker.

Careful.... junior NTR is actually used to refer to a grandson of NTR who's apprarently a hit hero these days. I've seen him on posters and he's a stupid looking fat boy. But such is AP and its movie-goer's grand ability to discount the superficial.
This thunderous Ballayya on top of the train is NTR's son, Balakrishna, but he was never called junior NTR unless the limits of gult movie knowledge are being exposed. This guy like many other illustrious gult heros before him displays qualities that give aging men more hope than Viagra. Keeps churning out high-octane romancaction movies, keeps his enamored young male fans across generations and makes pious and sultry babes alike swoon over him.

What he seems to be saying  atop the train is ...." swearing upon xyz, swearing upon abc, if I've truly been born in the family of Brahma Naidu, this train will not be moving frwd but backward..." then a triple chant to invoke the Lord Chennakesava's power and you see the result.
On that God thread, was it tombaan or someone else who said they were skeptical of God's existence?

Nagarjuna looks decent & a good actor. He is a good producer too. He encourages lot of new talented young directors. He is the one, who gave break to Ram Gopal Varma with "Shiva". Nagarjuna does lot of experiments in selecting the stories for his pictures, tries to do different roles, varies his looks in different pictures etc. He is matured in his interviews. But in personal life, from rumours I heard, he is a bit like Gemini Ganesan.

I thought it is the other way around..Nag, this guy who is totally innocent about acting with dreadful dialogue delivery & emoting capabilities was picked up by Ram Gopal Verma and gave him a new image and charisma. Nag is even now innocent wrt acting or dialogue delivery to a large extent. Yes, he is good looking, about the only movie star we can show to our foreign friends as our movie Hero and not get laughed at.

Okay, so RamGopal Varma got his bit hit in Shiva, but wasn't he some kind of a assisstant in a Mani Ratnam movie that actually got him credibility? Maybe I'm mistaken. Anyway, to say Nagarjuna is a good actor is to stretch things a bit!! Ram Gopal Varma's genious in Shiva is to make Nagarjuna speak very little 

Speaking of his being a progressive actor, consider this: I heard that for the movie Annamayya, he was asked to remove his moustache. As you can imagine, the director's take was that brahmins of that age did not sport a moustache. Nagarjuna refuses. Either cos he loves his moustache more than his movies or thinks his fans will hate him for it.
