Yes, there are honorable exceptions.......but Warne is a genius.

I would like to use the term relaxation rather sex.
What is important is a good night sleep and be match fresh in morning.
Do what ever gets you sleep well in night. If you make sex as adventure/discovery sport, you would just be waiting for find the right one till 4 AM.
