What would your line up be for DD?

I would go with today's lineup and replace Salvi with Nehra.

I really feel bad for Vettori missing out .... but looks like the difference between him and a Mishra ... maybe 10 runs ... and a warner (instead of a junkie ) can easily  make up that difference.
