Is this the way to treat the most successful Captain of India and the builder of the Team-India?
After dropping him rough-shod from the Ahmedabad Test..the Chairman of Selectors didn't show the minimum courtesey of calling SG personally to convey the reasons( none according to me!). On top of that he creates a public uproar when SG misses the Gujarat Ranji match.
Couldn't he personally contact SG to convey his instructions? What is the reason for all these heartburns against SG?...Why is he attempting to crush the former Captain's morale on the eve of an important Test Series?
Why are all the comeback players only from his zone?
It seems during Ganguly's term as Captain, More never got the oppurtunity to push his favorite ( lucrative) players. Therefore, it is payback time for him.
He should well be aware that the current Board is not exactly mighty pleased with his out-bursts and public posturing.
Its a shame that we have a spineless, vindictive character as the Chairman of the Selectors, playing lackey to GC all the time.
