thank you cricinfo. a big salute to the scientists and engineers at isro! such a proud moment! if you consider the pittance that the scientists make compared to others with half their calibre, and with no soviet style enforcement, it's truly remarkable.

I just wish some Indian IT company comes forward and volunteers to redesign the ISRO website(assuming money/resource is the onstraint in creating a good website), does not portray an impressive picture of the organization . It is important to attract young minds ...a powerful tool to get attention of  people is an impressive/sleek/content-rich website.

It is an incredibly proud moment for the folks at ISRO. Their dedication, professionalism, discipline, commitment, and sense of national pride should serve as an example to all of us  :icon_thumleft: :icon_thumleft:

I have to say I am overcome with emootion.. simply wonderful

Time to revisit this..

while it is great that there are such dedicated people at ISRO, things cannot go on like this for too long. These people's compensation & previleges should be on par with private market, how long can this go on?

I agree and this is probably true for most of the govt. or public sectors in India. There websites do not look professionally made.
