I saw the debate, begin to end... didn't see this scene  ;D.... it's probably photo shopped (Mac's face) and whoever did it, did a very good job.

Actually I saw the scene, but not from this angle. Or more precisely I saw McC make this face -- it was at the end of the debate and he was trying to shake hands with Lehrer and could not decide (for a split second) whether to go clockwise or anticlockwise. The TV feed I was watching (I think CNN) had a different angle (from up high) and I do not remember if Obama was in the same frame there.

Totally inconsequential moment obviously but shows the weird frames a camera can capture....
