Andreev 7-6 (7-5) Federer

Fed is on the wrong end of a mini-break in the first point and that seems to lift Igor, who leads 4-2 thanks to some inspired forehands until he double-faults at 4-2 up and sees Fed claw ahead at 5-4. Usually, that would be that - but not today. Fed puts one back-to-front forehand in the net, then sees a backhand fly wide to give Igor a set-point. Another unforced error sees the Russian take the first set - work to do for Fed here then.

what a thrller. FedEx was totally out of sorts - he pulled this off thru' his sheer experience in big games/points.

I think he had more than 50 unforced errors. He should win against Muller. With this form I think its going to be tough for him to even reach the finals(he really has to play much better to win against Roddick/Joker).
