Anyways good turn around after the Asia Cup and Test series losses. 3 in a row to wrap up the series.

Dhoni and Team does it again even if this series does not mean much in terms of the overall importance of ODI's.

With each of these win MSD is proving more and more he deserves to command a team he wants. This guy is just good, Man of the series to me, great captaincy after losing the 1st game so badly. He just knows when to push the right buttons seems like and is working with this young group he wanted.

Over to KKK to brag all he wants. If he wants to bash up SRT/SG/RD/VVS et. al that is fine too.

I would also keep an eye on Yusuf Pathan for sure too. This guy is a clean striker of the ball as was evident in the IPL. This will be an interesting domestic season.

PP is already playing. He just scored a 50. I am hoping PaPa can play instead of Dhoni if he choses to rest.

Yes - Dhoni will rest - he played with a fever yesterday. I think also, Ojha and RPS will replace Bhajji and Zak. Don't see Pathan coming in for any batter.

a far cry from when YS was not only a stalwart in the ODI business but his exclusion from the test side was ascertained to be blasphemy since it was suppossedly due to one maharathis inclusion. (gaurav I know you were not part of this group but chose your post to reply)

Now that YS is going through a slump in form (he is not that bad against spin...as we are lead to believe) - all the maharathis came a cropper as well. YS is going through what every batsmen has gone through in their careers - a slump. I am sure he will come out at the other end all guns blazing like we know him.

YS is and should be (if and when he recovers from this dip in form) a central part of the indian ODI fortunes, and tests in due course.

yes but he has gone downhill on all fronts in this past year - poor form, attitude, long-lasting harmful injury and a disastrous affair with deepika. it will take a hell of an effort to recover from all this.
