make it 3.. pathan overstepping on the ropes to make an out a 6!

I hardly see yuvraj.. shouldnt he be where Kumble was ?

Dropped catches should be tabulated as a statistic (errors in baseball)

Pathetic display of cricket by Indians in this test. Complacency or lack of common sense!!

He shouldn't come in for another hour or so. This guy needs to be given a break, otherwise he might get a hamstring for excessive bowling in such hot and humid conditions.

Munaf bowled really well.. a great find.. never seen any indian bowler with this bounce and venom..  maybe the england bats relax a bit with other bowlers.. and the soft dismissals follow.  RPS should get more chances in tests.  Pathan looked very ordinary.   Munaf+RPS+Sreesanth is a pretty decent pace attack.

I think we are getting a bit ahead of ourselves here. Regardless of his 4 wkts, SS still needs to prove himself. Three of those 4 wkts came of batsmen playing at deliveries they could easily have left. Invariably this will happen once he's a regular bowler and bastmen play him on merit. RPS, he is as yet an unknown commodity. A game off on a pretty placid track shouldn't make us think IP is no good. I guess its his lack of pace that gets every one's goat. But honestly, he's got us a lot of wickets over the period we've unfortunately had to make him our spearhead.

In my books, pace bowling attacks dont become good overnight, esp by stringing together 3 or 4 bowlers who show promise. Genuine quality is needed in each. Thats hard to get. So far only Munaf looks like the genuinely promising one. Hope he holds up.

Munaf's success makes me think VRV should be tried and given more chances, He is quicker than Munaf and seeing two fast bowlers operate at that speed for India will make one hell of a viewing.

VRV is wayward but Munaf has gpt exceelent half stump line and length and very good at reverse swing

somehow Sreeshanth remind me of Agarkar of early days ....agarkar was getting wickets at a pretty good rate..specially in one days ...but the balls were mostly ordinary ones and batsmen were throwing away wickets ....i just hope SS improves as a quality bowler
