oh btw i sighted balaji bowling at the stadium last 2 games. it was a rare sight. as rare as the tirupathi balaji himself ! he was bowling of a very short run. no chance of seeing him in action for quite some time - a blow to chennai

dude. its a league. you gotta play for consistency and go through a lot of games.
if you watch every game obviously it'll be a long tournament

why if the first 14 matches of the tournament are all played chennai and then they go to sleep till the semis is that a nice schedule ?

Wouldn't it be ? Would give Dhoni ample time to apply brylcreem gel and keep saying "mind it" ...

and probably the Aussie H's could have played more games and saved MSD the trouble of fighting to stay in the top 4 $:-\$

CSK is better off chasing, I think. At least the batsmen can decide how to go about the task with a knowledge of the target ...with a thin batting line up, I think that is the better option rather than attempting to force the pace against Mcgrath & Asif.
