A question to the moderators and admin

Hi,
This site looks great. good work guys.
i have one doubt. i am seeing a lotsa articles in the front page.
they are pasted from some other sites . i do understand there is a link to the original article below which will acknoledge the source.
howver i am wondering if this is right? cuz the user wudnt vist the original link/site as its alreayd pasted.
better u guys check with someone who knows abt these.

Technically we shouldn't be, but they can't really sue us for much--they'd have to prove monetary damages I believe.

Anyway, we'll be moving into a different direction as we are not really a news site and will focus more on blogs/op-ed pieces.

I believe you have to have a clear disclaimer.
Pasting the URL is OK.
Pasting the complete text on a .com site has some copyright issues.
Sahir could talk more about that.
