Hussey trying to take the initiative.
This pitch is not so good for batting after all..............the ball is stopping...............it will be difficult to bat second here.
Not that it is any easier batting first! ::cheers::
We will check that when SJ is on song .
SJ is on song already! :)

Pathetic condition for KKR - they will be the first one to lose against Mumbai - somehow I had this uncanny feeling that it will happen but was not sure that it woul be so easy.  KKR seems to lack the batting - they are too much dependent on local unknowns.  Why are Butt and Gul ot playing today?  As JFK was saying, they will not have more 4-5 wins at the end of the tournament.

they should have bowled first. IS is more reliable than any of their top-order batsmen. (though McCullum was a bit unlucky to get that LBW).

Ponting and Hussey did not do much.  Ponting does not appear to be a great 2020 player - purana gharana ka dancer hai.  Gid know what Hyssey will do.  McCullum is not superman anymore.  Hafeez is Hapis from what I have seen.  KKR is crumbling as pips says.

Doing this would be hasty. Mumbai is actually playing good cricket in this game. KKR were probably not ready for this Mumbai performance.

the big names they bought - Gayle, Punter, McCullum would have been around for only 4 games and they knew that at the time of buying. They have no current indian team bats other than SG who is useless in 20-20 !!!!

They will really struggle to win any game after this - No D.Huseey, Ponting, Gayle, McCullum - no batting at all.

hussey will return and brad hodge will also join but still it is way too flaky a line-up. why didn't they get a South African player?  ??? unless they are planning for the future ;-)

run-outs are not due to the pitch.....but due to the pressure created by the slowish, bowler friendly pitch.....................another great SIX by Shukla! ::cheers::

We are Indian cricket fans - we need instant gratification - we will make you hero in a minute and flush down the toilet next instant.  Good that all these maharathis did not play the 2020 WC.  Shukla is alone making a match out of it.

BTW, I have to say this yet again... Bowling has a big role to play in 20/20. This match has yet again shown in. This is for all the nay-sayers of bowling in 20/20.
