Team news : Bangalore will be without Ross Taylor who leaves for NZ duty . He will be replaced by Misbah-ul-haq . Chances are there that Steyn may also be featuring in the playing XI.
Chennai will miss Micheal Hussey as he goes back for camp in Austrailia .

hopefully misbah will atleast help them lose with some face let to show. I am predicting a one sided game with RD making between 10 and 17 runs in as many if not more balls.

I don't think this is true. Hussey, Hayden, Ponting, Symo are leaving only on Wednesday.

K-slice , you must be more worried abt your team , I presume it to be KKR . McCullum , Ponting are leaving shortly . Gayle is still unfit . We know that SG will play around half the overs and score around 20 runs and will still not give up his opening slot.

Let's hope Steyn and Misbah can do something ...shame that we have to depend on these guys and not our home grown brands to deliver

before jumping our guns lets not forget that we can have max of 4 players (international) in the team.in order ot play misbah the person to go out would have been taylor who has played well .also the pitch seems ot favour pace so its wise ot get in ds and keep kallis alos in coz of his bowling.feel given the circumstances its a good choice.also maybe its one of those pitches where one would need ot graft more than wham bang and wj might be up for it.

BRC needed to have prepared all their home game pitches like this one - one which has pace, bounce and grass.

They have Steyn, Zaheer, Praveen, Kallis as bowlers and Dravid, Kallis, CPaul as batsmen.

This type of pitch gives them the best chance to win IMO.

Horrible fielding by RD...............first he gets himself nowhere near a skyer...and here a mis-field which would fortunately get covered by Raina's foolishness.......and the alacrity of the covering fielder.

Chennai could have started with Badrinath instead of Parthiv for a change. This match could have been used for the experiment.
