Something that is Desi-style spicy but not fried or overcooked/overcurried.

I don't like Salmon.. but both wife and I have to increase our intake of Omega 3 fatty acids. Started  flaxseed..now we are trying to eat fatty fish like salmon, herring (donno the first place to start on this one).

Why did the chicken cross the road?

According to Le Chatelier:

The chicken crossed the road because there were too many moles of chicken
on the reactants side of the road equilibrium.

Yes.. the plan was to be vegetarian for 1 year (ie till July)... for health reasons. Just to see how different I feel...and see if it has any impact. My LDLs are down but the Tri-glycerides are still high.

My doc has recommended a higher intake of Omega 3 ..and I prefer not taking supplements like fish oil.

As I am learning more, it may not be bad idea to add (the right) fish to the vegetarian diet. I have already added ground flaxseed to my breakfast and snacks.
