BCCI not to intervene to reinstate Ganguly [PTI]
Kolkata: The BCCI today made it clear that it would not intervene to reinstate Sourav Ganguly in the national squad, saying it was upto the selectors to decide the fate of the former Indian captain.

"It is upto the selection committee. If they think that he (Ganguly) is needed in the team, they will do so," BCCI Secretary Niranjan Shah told reporters here.

Shah denied selection panel Chief Kiran More having ever said that the left-hander would not be in the team so long as he (More) was on the post.

"More has told me that when he was questioned on the issue, he merely said 'we are looking forward'," Shah said

This is hilarious.  Who is he trying to kid? What does "we are looking forward" mean to Shah in the context of this question?
May be More is looking forward to having Sourav in the team as soon as possible ;D
