by the way Pathan is getting upto 140 kph. He still doesnt look penetrative but the pace is there now (how different from WC when he had fallen below 120)

you remind me of a member we used to have.. he was popularly known as pessi-leg.. for his constant, nagging pessimism re: all things the Indian team would do.

You are right, we will lose if we have to chase 150 .. because MSD is a bad/arrogant/conceited captain, the youngsters are not RD/SG, they can never be .. got it!!

am not ashamed a bit to be die hard support of rd/sg .and what r u a person whose say is the ultimate?am giving my opinion ,,if u dont lik eit so be it ..am not here ot please u

I strongly agree with dlee1 that there is a very good chance we might struggle if we have to score anything above 150. So pathetic is our batting lineup if SRT and YS dont fire.

and what i fail to understand is that y dont people here try to understand that all our comments here are based on our understanding of the game and the we percieve it from our viewpoint.if someone doesnt agree well give a reson and thats how discussions should be done.the score i mentioned 220-240 is considered a good score on this pitch and i feel that it would be tough if sl got to it..but if one feels otherwise then give ur opinion..dont judge the person who is writing!!

wn, at some point, you and others will have to go back to being able to analyze the game and players rather than becoming mere supporters ...and i certainly think these days nobody can criticize anyone's batting without a blanket defense of newrathis being offered...

Btw have any of you guys wondered why GG is getting out in the 20s and 30s ? You might feel that he is throwing away good starts But NO ! astonishingly enough that is NOT the case ! the truth is he is never getting set. He is flashing about - hitting a few in the middle but a lot of streaky shots and making those 20s and 30s. He can never be well set. Just as on some pitches you can never be "in" so with some batsmen you can never be "in". He is simply caryying on in his glorious tradition of fluking !!!

I did not understand the second sentence .. still, I think the only newrathis who have had chances.. GG and RS have done well...and that is just the batting. On the bowling, all the newrathis have done exceedingly well.

..and as I type this, RS makes another great save! He has saved 11 runs so far.

dont know about the earlier innings GOURAVK..but the last one was certainly like the way u have described..few streaky lucky shots and u soon r in 20s and the u get out..but the average and the total runs keep on growing..so on paper a success!!

oh yes ! that 39 in the first game when he top scored ? I walked in to watch the game and what do i see ? in the next 5 balls twice he gave catches in the slips and was dropped and of the other 3 balls two were horrible played and missed balls !!
