It is heartening to see AK and Rajput not panic and go for the subpar Sehwag. Let us hope that Zaheer gets fit. If not they should not go for Pathan another misfit as a main bowler. Ishant though inexperienced is better than him and should be included. Let us hope they make that sensible call.

Alternatively if Pathan should be a cover up as a fifth bowler than he should be considered as an allrounder and come in place of Yuvraj.

Then the lineup should be

WJ/RD/VVS/SRT/SG/MSD/IP/AK/HS/RPS/IS

And the above line up would have 5 bowlers and batting wise Dhoni at 6 and Pathan at 7 would be a much better than Pathan replacing Zaheer straight and have only 4 bowlers with Pathan being one of them.

India are waiting on Zaheer Khan's heel problem before they announce their side this morning.

Australia, then, lest there be any doubt look like this: 1 Phil Jaques, 2 Matthew Hayden, 3 Ricky Ponting (capt), 4 Michael Hussey, 5 Michael Clarke, 6 Andrew Symonds, 7 Adam Gilchrist (wk), 8 Brad Hogg, 9 Brett Lee, 10 Mitchell Johnson, 11 Stuart Clark.

India news when we get it.

The pitch is looking pretty green, while the SCG usually favours the faster bowlers with pace and swing, though there's always some incentive for the spinners, so Brad Hogg will be encouraged.

Good to see the same team pretty much with Ishant coming in for an injured Zaheer. That means no panic. Also good call to not include Irfan who is not Test class with the ball. These are the games that boys mature into men and one hopes Ishant gives his best and see what happens.

Bhai mere, they are only as racist as we let them be.

Why doesnt our captain and team make a bigger issue of umpiring? If with the clout the BCCI has we cant get our way then we deserve what we get. The fact that BCCI got ICC to bend over and do everything they could to marginalize ICL ... so when they want to they know how to use their clout.

Ofcourse we have an idiotic team management who takes the crap from Match referees and umps. And we have an even more idiotic board who would not do anything else. AND we have an even bigger idiotic fandom who supports the BCCI and does its bidding by not even giving the ICL a chance.

So it is really our fault
