Was damn bored today, so i decided to make some dessert. Mind you the 'process' is my own so some of the steps may seem strange. They work for me...

30 gms Cashews
30 gms Raisins
1/2 cup Sugar
2 Carrots (grated)
4-5 pcs Cardamom
1/2 cup Milk
3 tbsp Ghee

- Put the cashews and raisins in a pan with 1 tbsp ghee and roast till the raisins become puffy
- Remove the shells of the cardamom and take the seeds
- Grind cashews, raisins, cardamom seeds (yes im grinding raisins  ) and keep aside
- Put the grated carrots in the same pan and heat on low flame for 2 mins
- Add the sugar and heat till a pasty mixture forms
- Add the milk, and wait till it reduces
- Add the cashew-raisin-cardamom mixture and mix WELL
- (Optional) Dunk in 2 tbsp ghee, stir till the mixture is thick enough that it will set
- Put on a tray, make pieces and leave to cool

a kiddish recipe but it tastes YUMMY
