Just watched the replay of the game.
1. Sachin - Tussi great ho. What an innings!! In-friggin-credible. His shots against Gul were pure GENIUS!!  :notworthy: :notworthy:
2. Sourav - the wry smile on Robin Singh and Gloster's face when Sourav stopped that 4 by diving.. told a lot. (forget about the dropped catch - and please don't defend that effort by saying it was a tough catch.. that should have been caught. period).  CP might have found a friend in Kirti Azad - the studio expert at Zee sports. Man, he did not leave any opportunity to slam and mock him. Also shows how low the expectations people have from SG's fielding when they laugh at even his best efforts.

I am glad RD is gone from ODIs, time for SG to go..

SRT, if he continues to play like this is irreplaceable. One has to make exceptions for GENIUS.

Let us wait till Test series is over and I will remind you of this. SRT has never been bad in ODIs for a longer period.

Look I have been vocal about him leaving ODIs...not TESTS. IMO if he plays like this in ODIs he can play because he is delivering beyond anyone I can imagine can deliver.
In TESTS he has had a a not-so-good recent past (England excepted)..but reality is he will not be dropped and will play till he wants to..seriously, nobody in the Indian establishment is going to drop SRT. period.

Indian fans have a very short term memory. If he has an average Pak Test series & a bad Aus series, then the public starts it again. This BCCI goes by the popular public  opinioin since it is run by a politician.
