you have taken considerable time out of your regular full-time work and organized this. the formation of a quorum, the significant deliberation over the rules and enunciating it clearly to the best of your ability in order foster an atmosphere that promoted healthy competition. it could have been reduced to yet another slinging match but with the quorum in charge, it moved away from discussing the gamers to the actual games.

overall, it has enhanced my DG experience.

i just like this saying a lot - we often praise people for coping up with adverse conditions but the true test is when everything is going one's way and how one behaves then.
