Online banking - ING Direct, HSBC, Emigrant Direct, Virtual Bank etc

Which would you recommend? Its easy to find their interest rates? But are there other things you would consider or recommend apart from the APY?

I do use ING, but their interest rates are becoming less competitive  So, thinking if I should switch?

Check that out -- provides a variety of rates for savings, checking, Mmkt and CD rates -- searched aacross the net.

Thanks kban. Bankrate is another place where you can compare rates.

My question is beyond rates. Service (do you like the website/ease of use), any other features or caveats?
Would you recommend one of these having used them? That sort of personal reco or if you've heard from someone is what I'm looking for.
