Cricket Politics ????
« on: May 12, 2007, 05:18:57 AM »
Why drop Sreesanth and pick Munnabhai for the 2nd one day against Bangladesh ????  Does not make ANY sense to me.....

Why were Kaif and Raina noot in the reckoning for the squad ? Is this a selector backlash with Vengsarkar bringing in his people (not just from a Mumbai standpoint but he must have had a huge fight with Gopal Sharma !)

Still not a meritocracy ----- looks like Dravid has not been able to make it a fair and just system.  Glad that dynmaite Ajit Agarkar has finally been shown the door - the most sensible decision the selectors have made in a long long time.

Perhaps SS was not fit - cramps ?!? But I think RPS will be picked instead of ZK for the 3rd ODI.

Raina is injured and I think undergoing surgery. Rams posted a link sometime back. Kaif is a victim of politics because he has no backing. Mongia is picked to satisfy Bindra lobby.

hehe. Agarkar will be back with  abang for the tour of Australia. Mark my words  :D :D
